Our client, is a global business network to Hong Kong and Macao, they are seeking the right candidate to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team;
• Prepare and conduct daily procurement activities following
• Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process;
• Prepare Purchase Order;
• Monitor supplier delivery, product quality;
• Prepare and conduct Good Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR);
• Maintain a good record of all project procurement PO status report;
• Keep close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitions) to ensure customer care and early involvement;
• Other ad-hoc administrative support;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement,
• Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English is a must;
• Be proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
• Hands on experience with SAP is a plus;
• Be able to work independently, hard working and have good sense of responsibility;
• Fresh graduation candidate will also be considered;
• Immediately available preferred.
