Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day to day sales management, market planning, opportunity management, leadership support to win new business.
• Maintain regular contacts and visits with clients.
• Understand the account plans, sales strategy and provide consultative product and solution expertise.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of relevant business development, account management and sales experience.
• Good understanding and sales experience in conferencing.
• Possess a wide network of contacts with leading companies in Hong Kong.
• Experienced leader with prior successful experience in managing Sales teams –  At least 3 years’ experience in leading high performing sales teams.
• Proven ability to drive results through others through motivating, managing, coercing and coaching.
• High proficiency in communicating, presenting, listening and negotiating in English is a must.
• Additional conversational skills in Cantonese and or Mandarin will be a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to follow through and close deals.
