Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on PC, networking & systems functions for end users;
• Provide hardware and software maintenance/ remote support to solve the IT related problems;
• Provide network support and server monitoring;
• Handle and answer customers technical inquiries;
• Timely report and update the job status to the team leader

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years IT related experience
• Certificate holder of MCSE / MCITP / CCNA is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skill on technical level
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently
• Good command of both English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
• Immediately available is preferred
