Responsibilities:

• Translate financial documents such as IPO prospectuses, shareholders’ circulars, annual and interim reports and associated press announcements
• Translate legal documents such as legal contracts and agreements
• Translate any other commercial documents assigned by the Company from time to time and
• Take up ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Translation or related disciplines
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Able to prioritize workload and work under pressure
• Energetic, self-disciplined and good interpersonal skill
