As a management assistant your main task it to support the work of the managers and directors in our firm. It is your job to make sure the operation manager's day-to-day tasks run smoothly by taking care of office processes, managing calendars and planning, handling of freight and other logistics, manage warehouse inventory and supporting director's with operational tasks. You will be groomed into a more specific role in our organization.

You are a team player and willing to work in a job that offers plenty of possibilities including operations and  marketing & sales functions. You are a university graduate with ambitions to grow in a production, marketing or sales role over time.

You would be working for an electronics and gifts firm that is fast growing, with clients in over 30 countries and offices in all continents. You would have young and driven co-workers and a pleasant working environment in Kwai Hing. 

Responsibilities:

• Support managers with day-to-day duties 
• Support directors' with day-to-day duties
• Keeping the office in order: managing office supplies.
• Receiving/Sending parcels.
• Answer telephone calls (landline and skype).
• Assist with typing & filing.
• Production work: make goods ship ready
• Sales & Marketing tasks

 

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (speaking & writing)
• University graduate (fresh or 1 year experience)
• Good at problem-solving
• Confident project management
• Good at multi-tasking
• Confident with IT and the basic office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Show good initiative
