Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1.     Perform book keeping tasks.
  2.     Prepare the daily and monthly bank position reports.
  3.     Handle payments and expenses reimbursement.
  4.     Prepare the Inter-company Accounts Reconciliation.
  5.     Prepare stock movement report and perform the monthly stock-take.
  6.     Prepare the monthly fixed assets register and perform yearly assets count.
  7.     Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  1.     Accounting Certificate or higher level of qualification.
  2.     3 years or over relevant experience in medium to large size companies.
  3.     Familiar with the accounting software MYOB and office automated software.
  4.     Possess strong sense of responsibility and nice personality.
