Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounting
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including AP and AR
• Data input, cheque  issuing, bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices and contact vendor for payments
• Handle petty cash and expenses checking
• Assist in monthly management report and annual audit
• Assist in some administrative works
• Assist in ad hoc jobs as required

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI intermediate;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Relevant accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient in PC skills, ie Words and Excel, Outlook, Chinese Word Processing
• Detail mind, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn;
• Fluent English and Putonghua is preferred
• Immediate available will be an advantage
