Job Purpose

Provide full range of HR and office administration support to the organization.

Principle Duties / Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the post:

• Support Head of Corporate Services on HR and general office administration function;
• Execute HR function including staff records, MPF, insurance, recruitment, appraisal and leave administration;
• Reinforce employee communications, promote and cultivate corporate culture and values in the workplace;
• Set up training manual and guideline;
• Handle procurement and maintenance of office supplies, furniture and equipment.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

• At least 4 to 6 years working experience in the HR and administration field;
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Processing;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese;
• Preferably Degree holder in Human Resources Management and Administration but not a must.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work independently, accountable to furnish all tasks on time and can work under pressure;
