Job Description

Position Summary:

The post-holder’s prime work focus is to support the College's admissions and communications work. He/She will be responsible for:

  • advising applicants when they apply for the College academic programme
  • handling all student admissions related tasks, including advising, record keeping, coordinating interviews etc.;
  • assisting in conducting all marketing activities, including events, school visits/talks and stakeholder engagement activities;
  • assisting in the execution of online and offline marketing strategies;
  • conducting marketing research such as competitor analysis and campaign result analysis;
  • assisting in the editorial and production work of the College’s publications; and
  • assisting other assignments as required by the College.

 

Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  1. A good bachelor degree:
  2. 2 years or above relevant working experience;
  3. Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
  4. Have good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  5. Have good computer literacy including Microsoft Applications;
  6. Self-initiative, independent, detail-minded and positive work attitude;
  7. Have sales skills and experience are definitely an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Salary and Fringe Benefits:

Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract, renewable subject to performance.

Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance, staff development support, research grant, annual leave and sick leave, and Mandatory Provident Fund to eligible appointee.

Important notes to Applicants:

  1. The College plans to move to a new campus (2 Tin Wan Hill Road, Tin Wan, Aberdeen, Hong Kong) around summer 2018.
  2. Applicants will have to undergo a Sexual Conviction Record Check before appointment can be confirmed.
  3. Appointees with teaching duties will be required to undergo a teacher registration process with the Education Bureau. In order to complete this process, applicants with overseas qualifications will have to go through qualification assessment to be conducted by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation and Vocational Qualifications.  The costs for the qualification assessment will be borne by the applicants.
