Asia Art Archive (AAA) is a non-profit arts organisation founded 18 years ago. It is now a leading public resource for contemporary art in Asia, and a platform for sharing knowledge and new ideas through research, residency, and educational programmes.

AAA is currently seeking an Accounts/Clerical Assistant interested in the operations and administration of a non-profit arts organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintains accounting records including general ledger preparation
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Prepare payment and other accounting documents and records
• Compile regular reports and summaries on activities
• Assist in month end and year end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Issue invoices and receipts

 Requirements:

• At least LCC intermediate
• Proficiency in Excel
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Hands on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Experience in using Peachtree or similar accounting software
• Fluency in English and Chinese
