• Registered Architect with min. 6 years post qualification experience
• Min. 2 years’ experience in handling construction/site matters
• Experience in residential building projects in Hong Kong will be an advantage.
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Stationed in Hong Kong, occasionally factory visit outside Hong Kong required.
• Able to organize, manage and administer all site matters on a day-to-day basis and coordinate design details in collaboration with consultants of various disciplines

The tentative employment period for the above position will be 30 months with gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in January 2019.
