Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop the company short, middle and long-term oversea & China market sales strategy to drive the sales growth;
• Responsible to identify and develop the new potential customers, and maintain the good partnership with existing customers;
• Coach and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target;
• Responsible to handle all the customers’ inquiries, complaints to ensure the best sales service being offered to the customers;
• Work closely with customer and related departments to expand the sales channels as well as explore new product opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree / High Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or sales related discipline;
• At least 8 years’ solid sales experience in motor vehicle & floor care appliance finish products;
• Have proven track record of sales performance in previous companies;
• Good personality, strong leadership analytical mind, planning, organization and problem solving skill to direct the team to achieve the business goal;
• Be an entrepreneur with strong business development skills;
• working experience both in overseas and China is an advantage;
• Have excellent communication and people management skill;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
• Principle stationed in Jiangxiand need business travel occasionally
• Immediately available preferred.
