Responsibilities :

• Report to Site Development Manager
• To follow up project of all shops & related clerical & administration work (i.e.contractor quotation/invoices, prepare internal requisition of P.O.) 
• To coordinate with contractors on the bill settlement of all fitting out work
• To prepare application for the technical facilities for all new shops
• Outdoor work is required

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
