Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily property management and operation of residential/commercial/industrial/  buildings;
• Attend Incorporated Owners’ / Owners’ Committee meetings;
• Monitor maintenance work and cleaning contractors’ work.

Requirements:

• Certificate holder of Estate Management / Property Management or above;
• 1 year or above solid experience in property management field;
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Conversant with DMC / BMO and related ordinances;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Mature, independent, organized, good communication and interpersonal skills.
