Responsibilities:

• Verify and reconcile the revenue for hotel and food & beverage outlets and investigate any discrepancies.
• Compile revenue and analysis reports.
• Handle Account Receivable functions, including billings, receipts and follow up of outstanding debts.
• Support month end closing and account balances reconciliation.
• Handle enquiries of internal and external customers..
• Perform administrative work and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience.
• Income audit experience in hospitality and catering industry preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, efficient and be able to work under pressure
• Proactive with strong analytical & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in Opera / POS / Oracle System preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Immediate availability preferred.
