Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle reception duties including incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing, parcels and courier service arrangement
- Provide general office administration and clerical support
- Liaise with internal and external parties for office maintenance and facility management
- Assist in office administration projects
- Assist in company events and activities
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5, DSE or above
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Good telephone manner, mature, pleasant character, team spirit, responsible, attentive to details and willingness to learn
- Requires minimal supervision
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office - Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
