Job Description
工作內容:
- 提供高質素客戶服務，與客戶建立正面關係
- 解答產品的問題
- 產品訂購及提供物流查詢
- 文書及報告處理
- 與生產商溝通產品的品質事宜
- 上班時間：星期一至五,輪更制（上午9時至下午6時/下午1時至晚上10時）
入職要求:
- 有一至兩年客戶服務經驗優先
- 流利中文，國語溝通，慬英文優先
- 懂中文輸入法
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
