Job responsibilities

• Communicates with Purchasing team for weekly shipment schedules.
• Coordinates and checks all receiving shipment tallies to ensure accuracy for box, case and pallet totals.
• Files receiving copies along with necessary documentation and submits them to Purchasing team for next-step handling.
• Informs Purchasing team for any receiving problems or questions.
• Passes payments prepared by Accounting team to forwarders.
• Helps receive UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Updates approved invoices in the system.
• Coordinates approved invoices by district to meet daily pick-and-pack schedule.
• Updates approved invoices delivered by Sales team in the system.
• Manages delivered invoices and submits them to Office for next-step handling.
• Manages returned products and passes them to the right parties for next-step handling / putting back on shelf.
• Updates all miss-delivery in the system.
• Responds to all enquiries about delivery status and performs investigation by invoice number.
• Updates all ready-to-go packages in the system.
• Checks and alerts all re-delivery invoices, redo invoices and urgent invoices to Logistic Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by Management.

Job requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS office and good computer skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate is also considered
