Requirement

• Degree or above in Engineering, Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years in quality control in a multinational environment & minimum 8 years in management level.
• Familiar w/ industry, national and international standards on quality management and product quality.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proven track record in making a different and enhancing the quality management approaches.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and motivation skills.

 Responsibilities

• Supervise the whole QA/QC Department to ensure the quality of products meet customers’ requirements.
• Leads quality and regulatory strategy; oversees the creation, execution, and maintenance of the quality management system policies and procedures; and manages the day-to-day activities of the quality.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, plans and systems to ensure products to be in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare proactive plans to prevent and correct any non-conformance.
• Work closely with different departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for all positions in QA/QC Department.
• Work on strategic plan for factory improvement in quality process with factories.
• Monitor technical audit of production sites, coach/mentor staffs on how to conduct technical audit.
• Provide periodical training to colleagues to enhance their knowledge in quality issues.
