Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning & implementation of promotions to build new customers
• Conduct research into customer needs, knowing market trends and competitor activities to derive insights for strategies development
• Explore new business opportunities to increase new customers
• Prepare various analysis reports for promotion strategic planning
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business / Sales and Marketing or related subjects;
• A proven track record with at least 2 years’ experience in Beauty Marketing
• Strong business acumen, strategic and proactive mind
• Independent, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
