Responsibilities

• To handle daily accounting entries, data inputs and filing;
• To prepare payment vouchers and issuing cheques for payments;
• To reconcile bank statements and prepare accounting reports and/or trial balance and/or profit & loss accounts and/or balance sheet.

Requirements

• Form 5 education;
• 1 years’ experience in accounting field prepared;
• PC knowledge in including MS Excel & Word and Chinese Character input method;
• Responsible and good self-discipline; and
• Immediately available an advantage.

Candidates with higher experience will be considered for Senior Accounts Clerk.
