Place of Duty:

Contract Technical Assistant (Structural) (CTA(S)) shall normally work in the Housing Authority Headquarters or in any office of the Housing Department / Hong Kong Housing Authority or in any site office as directed.

Duties:

To prepare, check, and update working drawings and presentation drawings with good knowledge of Building Regulations & codes of Practices and to co-ordinate Architectural, Structural, Building Services and utilities drawings.

Qualification / Experience:

(i) The CTA shall possess at least a Diploma or Higher Certificate either in Civil or Structural Studies from HK Polytechnic or Technical Institute or equivalent.

(ii) Possession of relevant drafting experience with proficient skills in AutoCAD drafting, Photoshop, 3D, Excel and PowerPoint applications are preferred.

Salary:

HK$17,485 – HK$23,285 per month, Salary paid will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.

Office Hours:

The normal office hours are from 08:30 to 17:18 Monday to Friday. The office hours may be subject to changes to follow the general office hours of the Housing Department and to meet site programme.

Extra Hours:

The CTA(S) may be required to work extra hours of 30 or 40 hours to meet site programme, and the extra hours worked will be remunerated.
