Job role:

• Management service support of internet / network infrastructure for major HK mobile operator
• Network issue troubleshooting and performance monitoring
• Level 2 standby support for issue escalation (7x24) in association with equipment supplier
• To conduct project or maintenance activities (e.g. system configuration, changes) during maintenance window
• The managed platform include, but not limited to routers, switches, load balancers, firewall, DNS, IPS

Job requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Networking / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline and / or completed relevant professional certification (e.g. CCDP / CCNP etc)
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Vendor product familiarization such as CISCO, H3C, F5, CheckPoint, Fortigate
• Working knowledge on IP network such as TCP, dynamic router protocol, DNS, firewall, load balancing
• Knowledge of OSPF, PBR, BGP is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Willing to work in night time maintenance window
• Able to do 7x24 level 2 escalation support
