Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle including arrange and conduct interview, reference check, prepare contract and conduct new employee orientation etc
• Provide support in HR & Admin. including analyzing data for management report, organizing general affairs, staff welfare, volunteer activities and perform other ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration experience
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
• Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
