Job Responsibilities

• Assist and support the development project in all aspects such as contract administration, material planning and site inspection
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and project related meetings for the team, including issuance of agenda, minutes and associated materials
• Coordinate presentation and review materials, general plans, working drawings and other construction or project documents
• Organize and maintain project files, filing system and project communications
• Maintain data entry for project execution plans
• Coordinate with contractors, designers and consultants for project implementation
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Property Management or other related disciplines
• 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in construction environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-mined and able to work under pressure
• A self-motivated and good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
