Responsibilities:

• Oversee general management of the pharmaceuticals business in Hong Kong, China & Australia;
• Develop and implement business development strategies; various annual business plans and budgets;
• Formulate and implement company policies and regulations, and monitor their implementation;
• Responsible for striving business development, facilitate in selection of vendors & suppliers of raw material;
• Oversee the production plants and to ensure the quality of the products in order to meet compliance with the international standard for selling in the market;
• Manage P/Land cost & expenditure includes, demand & planning as well as cost of distribution;
• Responsible for brand building and enhancing company development;
• Create and build a strong vision and team to ensure the company continues to progress and prosper in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in medicine or equivalent;
• Over 12 years’ experience in overall management of FMCG /pharmaceutical industry (including production research), with extensive industry network and familiar with industry practices and regulations;
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products, daily operation of manufacturing plants management;
• With strategic thinking and decision-making ability, innovative, excellent communication, coordination and organization skills;
• Solid experience as a senior management in multinational or listed company in pharmaceutical field is a must.
