This post will be located in Shenzhen.

The job holder is responsible for achieving the sales target of assigned customers as well as exploring new potential targets within China market. Provide solution to key accounts & prospects by implementing of the Swarovski ingredient branding, offering added-value service and working closely with China wholesaler & other business functions of GB organization. Support the market analysis & the global sales strategy implementation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The jobholder is

• Achieve the sales goal and ensure the GB ingredient brand implementation through agreed channels and segments
• Utilize CRM for the account management & opportunity development
• Conduct and present annual sales and key account development plan
• Enlarge the customer base, identify and develop potential segments and territories
• Collect and follow up stone orders, handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal colleagues or functions to develop, offer and implement added-value services to business partners and key accounts, especially for decision makers.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• University Degree
• 5-8 years or above working experience in Business Development
• Experience in jewelry segment
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and attitude, having a “Hunter” mentality!
• Good skills in analytics, problem structuring and solution synthesis
• Good in networking and outspoken
• Good communication skills in English
• Work experience in internationally diverse and multi-cultural environment highly preferred
