This post will be located in Shenzhen.

The job holder manages the business development/sales organization in Greater China, grow and strengthen the business within the corporate philosophy, strategies and plans. Ensures that business strategies are adapted and implemented from corporate/region according to plan. Responsible for the organization’s sales entity, market development, the brand positioning, as well as customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The jobholder is

• Provide direction to the local GB sales organization in alignment with the MD Greater China.
• Create and implement a yearly strategic market plan for sales & operations based on the global strategy to drive the Fine, Bridge and Fashion jewellery related business for Mainland China.
• Focus on exploring, identify, define priorities and plan for capturing or initiating opportunities in the region for strategic and key accounts.
• Analyze market structure, dynamics and perform competitor analysis of key targets; make action recommendations as deemed appropriate
• Define business approach for the GB strategy as well as processes for new business opportunities and outline key action tasks for the Route-to-Market for these new opportunities

WHAT WE EXPECT

• University Degree
• 15 years or above working experience in Business Development
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and attitude, having a “Hunter” mentality!
• Good in networking and outspoken
• High degree of creativity in data source - and information management 
• Familiarity in working with reputed consumer brands preferred
• Work experience in internationally diverse and multi-cultural environment highly preferred
