Job Duties:

• Provide support and manage all aspects of E&M issues of department stores
• Responsible for vetting and comment on documents such as technical drawings and quotations
• Communicate and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for follow up
• Attend relevant project and site meetings and inspect construction site periodically for quality control

Requirements:

• Recognized degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ of relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
