Project Assistant

Wofoo Joseph Lee Consulting and Counselling Psychology Research Centre

The appointee will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the Wofoo Joseph Lee Consulting and Counselling Psychology Research Centre.  The appointee will be responsible for (a) carrying out admissions procedures for training class; (b) assisting in training class schedules, meetings, etc.; (c) making contacts with companies and schools; (d) providing logistic support to workshops, seminars, and other research activities; (e) organizing student activities; (f) maintaining the general administration of the office; and (g) performing any other duties as assigned by the Centre Director and Associate Director.

 

Requirements

Applicants should have (i) post-secondary qualification; (ii) at least one year’s working experience, preferably in the higher education sector; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) ahigh competency in MS office applications; (v) a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) effective communication skills.

 

Salary and Benefits

Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.  Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract up to two years.
