Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide office administrative support including but not limited to office procurement, office facilities maintenance and fixed asset management
- Lead a small team to ensure smooth run of office operations which are not limited to front desk management, office facilities maintenance & repair and cleaning
- Assist in office relocation and renovation project including monitoring and following up defects and reinstatement
- Maintain and update the telephone system and mobile phone records
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Monitor and review their service qualities periodically
- Check the billings and prepare expenses allocation reports
- Work closely with the Department Head to enhance efficient office operation and further upgrade the service quality
- Assist to organize staff activities
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of all-around Facilities or Office Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with track records in managing office renovation, coordinating facilities repair and maintenance is an advantage
- Good team player with a passion to excel and with quality-driven and service-oriented attitudes.
- A detail- minded, strong supervising and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese typing
