Job Description

Epiq is recruiting on contract bases bilingual document review lawyers fluent in Chinese and English for complex discovery and document disclosure projects in Hong Kong. Job duties might include:

• Fact finding for potential evidence relevant to legal proceedings
• Using legal tech solutions to perform analyses on large volumes of documents
• Working in a team of reviewers to conduct the above

What we need?

Candidates with native fluency in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English and the right to work in Hong Kong.

Applicant must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Fluency in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English.
• Attention to detail, self-initiative, and ability to work in small and large review teams.
• Experience with examining e-mails and other electronic documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality concerns.
• Familiarity with commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory enforcement, and/or investigation work.
• Experience with or interest in e-discovery processes and document review software, such as Relativity.
