Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for a number of group companies across jurisdictions
• Preparation and distribution of periodic management information to key stakeholders
• To prepare financial statements, and deal with audit queries
• To prepare and submit IRD Tax returns for in-house companies
• To assist with finance related queries from other areas of the business
• To assist in projects as and when necessary, including but not limited to:
• Integration of acquired businesses finance functions
• Migration of inhouse companies to merge with other inhouse companies
• Involvement in system upgrade and change projects
• Involvement in the update of Management Information
• Act as main invoicing processor (for Hong Kong office)
• Keep up to date with changing standards and current developments
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

Requirements

Suitable candidates should possess:

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline with qualification in a professional accounting body
• Good experience of handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an good command of written and spoken English
• Independent, proactive and be able to work under pressure
• Good team player who wants to work in an international environmen
• Good time management
