Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative supports to the sales team
• Handle general duties including preparing caring label content, follow up order and shipment
• Perform sales order processing - issue purchase order, goods receive, sales order, delivery notes, invoice etc.
• Team work and able to work under pressure
• Support the team in sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above with passes in English and Chinese
• Experience in handling of shipping documents
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Fresh graduate of Marketing is welcome
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• PC skills in MS Excel, Word, Power point and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferable
