Responsibilities:

• Perform general receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and handling mails / courier etc.
• Responsible for the hospitality of the chairman, guests and VIP
• Responsible for room booking, payment requisition, stationery ordering, etc.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Administration & HR Department
• Assist in corporate event/banquet, business and public relations functions

Requirements :

• Certificate or above
• At least 1 year experience in office administration and serving senior management will be an advantage
• Pleasant and polite with good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Fresh degree graduate are also welcome
• Immediate available is highly preferred
