Key Responsibilities

• To support daily administration matters
• Deliver documents to various Government departments
• Handle client enquiry and follow up
• Maintain and manage office supplies, uniforms and equipments
• Assist in preparing the documents
• Work location: Wan Chai, or deliver/receive documents in Hong Kong SAR
  (We will move to new office to Causeway Bay after Early May)
  
• 5.5 days of work per week (Sunday or Saturday shift)

Key Requirements

• DSE/Form 7 graduated or above
• 1+ years of experience is preferred
• Good command of English & Cantonese (spoken & written)
• General PC knowledge with MS Office
• Rigorous and careful with paperwork, well organized
• Flexible, fast learner, eager to join a professional and fast paced environment, with a lot of opportunities going forward
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus
