Responsibilities

• Handle message taking by answering hotlines
• Record call logs on system

Requirements

• Good telephone manner
• Confident and Customer-oriented
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telecommunications
• Availability on Saturdays and/or Mondays to Wednesdays/Thursdays (9am to 6pm)
• Consistent availability
