Business Development and Project Management Role

Based in Singapore

Reporting to the Managing Director, Physical Security Consulting, you will develop the physical security consulting business in South East Asia, with a focus on business development.

Business Development. You will develop client relationships in South East Asia and with South East Asian companies operating abroad. Our client portfolio includes large corporations across a range of industries, namely construction, real estate, energy, and manufacturing. You will analyse the current market and identify business opportunities through meeting prospective clients and developing strategic partnerships within your network.

Project Execution. You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of consulting projects.

Team Building. You will continue to identify, hire and train new consultants.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Highly successful track record in setting sales meetings, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. This is of critical importance
• 10 years’ experience in professional services, including experience in any of: physical security, cyber security, and/or risk management
• Self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in an international team environment
• Ability to plan and design complex, integrated risk projects
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills. Knowledge of other South East Asian languages an advantage
• Solid experience in proposal writing
