Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least three (3) years relevant working experience in HR and Administration
• Good knowledge in the latest Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
• Independent, self motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
• Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
  
  

Responsibilities:

HR & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the SeniorBusiness Resources Officer (SBRO), is responsible for:

• Performing the full spectrum of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, staff activities, etc.

• Payroll calculation
• Staff recruitment process
• Leave management
• HR program, personnel data processing and recording
• Staff development activities
• Periodical reports and analysis

• Assisting in formulation and review of HR policies and procedures
• Performing office administration duties such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc.
• Handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up, escorting applicants or company guest etc.
• Handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors and the Company
