• 中五或以上程度

• 必須持有TCP (T1) 資格, 持有建築文憑或TCP (T3) 資格者優先考慮

• 最少六年以上樓宇建築管理相關經驗

• 有適當中英文讀寫能力

• 熟悉中英文電腦操作者優先考慮

• 經驗較少者可獲考慮騁用為助理管工

Sunnic Engineering Ltd. was founded in 1993 in Hong Kong as a foundation specialist contractor.  To cope with the sustainable development vision of the company group in the real estate and construction market of Hong Kong, we have established our building division and MiC division with local manufacturing plant in order to become a one stop construction service company from the Foundation, Site Formation and Civil Engineering, Addition and Alteration, and Superstructure Construction works to both the private and public developers.

We are now fast expanding our business for the Building division in the Public sector and Private sector including our self-owned property development in Hong Kong.  We are looking for self-motivated, progressive and energetic candidates who strive for sustainable career development in the construction industry to join us and take up the new challenges for the substantial growth of our company in the next five years.
