Responsibilities職責﹕

• Handle full set of accounts (F&B)
  處理全盤會計賬目 (飲食行業)
• Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issue, vouchers preparation, bank reconciliation and debts collecting, etc.
  處理日常會計事務包括開票、入帳、核對銀行往來帳目及追賬等
• Handle Data entry and documents filing
  負責會計有關資料輸入及文件歸檔
• Handle annual audit and taxation matters
  負責年度審計及報稅事宜
• Responsible for month-end account closing
  負責處理月結帳目
• Assist in accounting duties of oversea business (e.g. Singapore)
  協助處理海外業務的會計事務 (例如：新加坡)
• To perform ad hoc tasks
  有需要時處理特別項目

Requirement入職要求﹕

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCCI Higher Accounting Certificate
  會計學文憑或以上程度，須擁LCCI高級程度或以上資格
• At least 2 years accounting experience in F&B industry
  具最少2年飲食行業的會計經驗
• Good PC knowledge including Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST” & accounting system ‘MYOB’ is an advantage
  良好電腦使用技巧，包括運用Excel，Word，MYOB會計軟件，及必須懂得中文輸入法(倉頡 / 速成)
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  良好中(粵語和普通話)、英文會話及書寫
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  能獨立處理工作，主動，及能承受壓力
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues
  良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• Immediate available is highly preferred
  能即時上班者優先考慮
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Officer
  工作經驗豐富者，可考慮申請會計主任一職

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘萬泰利廣場

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
