Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations of redemption counter at ifc mall;
• Handling customer service and general enquiries on the promotion programme. 

Requirements:

• DSE or above;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Patient, cheerful, independent and customer-oriented with good communication skills;
• Experience in customer service / sales preferred.
