Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation and provide administrative assistance to senior sales representatives and related departments
• Maintain existing customers through regular contact/on-site visit

• Act as a coordinator between office, counters and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operation of the team

• Assist sales and marketing activities
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement:    

• DSE or F.5 qualification or above, experience in working in retail operation is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, responsible and good interpersonal skills
• Native Cantonese with knowledge of written and spoken English

• High sense of responsibility, decisive and assertive
• Team player with proactive and positive mentality
• Able to work under pressure and independently
