Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and drafting using Computer Aided Design and able to work independently;
• Demonstrate strong design and detailing skills with direction from project team members;
• Assist other team members with cad design related functions;
• Assist the Project Director to monitor the schedule of cad resources;
• Provide guidance on the production requirement according to the Company Reference Projects and client’s expectation with production team in other offices;
• Any other duties as may be directed by Project Directors / Project Managers.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years or above relevant CAD drafting experience in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior or related Design industry;
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up is required;
• Hard working, responsible, mature, well organized and self-motivated;
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are preferred;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Cadd Draftsperson/ Team Lead Cadd
