Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team to carry out the daily IT operation supports for both office and sites.
• Manage IT systems, including server, network, IT security and other business management systems.
• Take lead in the development of best practices including capacity planning, monitoring, configuration, security, disaster recovery methods, and migration strategies.
• Analyze and review the current workflows, suggest areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Take lead in system upgrading projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain IT policy, guidelines and conduct regular system audits.
• Collaborate with business units on IT projects.
• Understand and satisfy Cyber Security requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and related parties.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline.
• At least 15 years relevant experience on system and network infrastructure administration.
• Hands on experience in firewalls, network security, system support and etc.
• Technical hands-on experience with SQL language and programming (e.g. C#, Java, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and project management skills, good leadership and team work spirit.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Mature and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
