Our client is an integrated marketing agency based in Hong Kong and looking for a PR Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver innovative PR, Social Media and Event campaigns, develop contemporary social media content, draft and edit media relations materials, pitch online and offline channels covering Sports, Lifestyle and Culture stories that aligned with client goals and objectives
• Grow brand awareness and market share through strategic product PR campaigns
• Build strong and long-term client relationships, act as the point of contact for clients for day-to day PR and digital engagement matters 
• Manage influencers collaborations, liaise and maintain strong relationships with lifestyle, sport and entertainment relevant journalists and editors to pitch media of PR activities 
• Manage and oversee the development of projects, possess leadership skill and ensure team members provide top quality work that meet up to expectation of the clients
• Budget management, negotiate and select suppliers and vendors, and work closely with different internal and external parties in coordinating/executing all pre-event and on-site activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related PR, Media or Marketing or Agency experiences
• Preferably graduated in Business , Marketing , Public Relations , Communications or Language related disciplines
• Knowledge and experiences of account servicing/event management /marketing / traditional / social / digital media PR tactics
• Energy, creativity, strategic thinking and proven experience in communications with a customer service approach
• Excellent project management skills ,ability to generate creative concept and execute PR and communications plan with specific timelines
• Strong influencers  and  media  relations with a record of success in securing media opportunities
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects independently
• Passion for sports, lifestyle and wellbeing arena
• Excellent communication and writing skills are essential
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with less account servicing and PR experience will be considered for the Senior Account Executive/ Assistant Account Manager
