Responsibilities:

• Liaison with internal departments, external agencies, mall channels for marketing campaign follow up and execution including digital campaign, omni-channel communications, joint-promotional event, etc.
• Carry out CRM operations including CMS operation, eDM, SMS, MMS and customer enquiry handling, etc.
• Create social media content and assist in product photography for online, in-mall, outdoor and print communication
• Maintain website contents, assist in ATL/BTL material, press release and corporate communication material production
• Conduct online channels performance reports
• Support vendor-sourcing, assist in outdoor event or fashion shows as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• 1-2 year relevant experience
• Understand social media and advertising landscape, SEO/SEM/Programmatic Buying and copy-writing
• Understand production software, with web production or China marketing exposure will add advantages
• Good command of oral and written English & Chinese
• Detail-minded, passionate, a good teamwork player
