Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system enhancements, system incidents & issue logging
• Perform system design, analysis, coding, testing, documentation and other development support activities during project development
• Support IT infrastructure related projects
• Handle customer enquiries
• Prepare correspondences and system document
• Provide Onsite Technical Support for all IT-related issue. (Networking, Server and Desktop etc.)
• Monitoring attendance, punctuality and maintaining discipline
• Performance management and appraisal

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Programming knowledge in .NET, C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, ASP.NET MVC, PHP and XML would be advantage
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills self-motivated team player and can work independently willing to work on shift
