Out client is a HK Listed Company with business coverage in Property Development and Management, Healthcare, Retail and Investment both in Hong Kong and PRC. They are seeking for an experience financial talent to join their group.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Lead the lead and perform the Group’s financial reporting, management reporting including budget, forecasting financial analysis and performance for management review
• Handle the publication of announcements, circulars, quarterly reports, interim report and annual report in respect of the Group
• Ensure the effective internal controls and handle the compliance procedures and enquiry for all the transactions according to HK listing rules
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external professional parties including auditors, lawyers and bankers
• In charge of providing corporate secretarial services for both Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Ensure the sufficient working capital for daily operation and advising the Board any fund-raising and corporate finance activities if necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance / Business with professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Solid knowledge in the Companies Ordinance, HK Listing Rules, and other statutory / regulatory requirements
• Investment and M&A related experience is highly preferred
• Mature, well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation and negotiating skills
