Responsibilities:

• Hands-on involvement in service 
• Lead a team of chefs - steakhouse & all-day menu
• Foster a reputation of excellence throughout the group
• Assist the head chefs to develop recipes and determine how to present the food
• Check freshness of food and ingredients
• Co-ordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers 
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards 
• Daily reporting and constant communication with Group Executive Chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience at Executive Chef level
• Significant western kitchen experience
• Pleasant personality, well-organised with good interpersonal and skills, service oriented, independent as well as a team work player
• Fluent in English & Cantonese, spoken & written
• A proven track record is essential
